All sports betting and casino gaming on elitebet is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on the platform:

Sports Betting: A bet is confirmed only once a unique bet ID has been issued and the bet appears in your account's bet history. elitebet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly erroneous (palpable error) or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit elitebet's liability for death or personal injury caused by elitebet's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
